Assisted Travel/ Transport
Travelling is one of the biggest challenges faced by our NDIS participants. But when you’re trying to access the services you need, transport should be the last thing you should be worrying about. That’s why our team can provide assisted transport services that will make commuting from one place to the other easy so that you can get the support you need.
Our team at Blossom Community Care is equipped to get you wherever you need to go safely and comfortably. The travel and transport services we provide are:
- Our Support workers can accompany you on public transport and help you build your capacity to travel independently
- Assist with any equipment and supports that are necessary for travel
- Arrange private transport options, including a taxi, or one of our support workers driving in their own vehicle
