Whether it’s a simple trip to the grocery store, a walk in the park, or going to the movies or the local gym, our Community Access service will help you enjoy your day-to-day activities
Community Access is one of our core supports we provide so that you engage with your local community over a variety of activities and events. Our friendly team can help you with:
- Grocery shopping
- Accessing medical and allied health appointments
- Attending local events, programs and social clubs
We also help you access a range of workshops so that you can have the confidence and independence to manage aspects of your life. An example of these workshops can be:
